Returns

At Texas Furniture Hut, our focus and mission are to offer high quality and very well known name brands to our customers at affordable prices. Therefore due to our low margin TFH cannot take any returns after furniture has been delivered, assembled in good condition at the customer’s house, and signed for by the customer. We do encourage you to inspect your furniture and notify us immediately of any damages so we can replace or fix as soon as possible.


Cancellation

Texas Furniture Hut strives to make consumer 100% satisfied with their purchase. Customers can cancel orders ONLY on stock items within 48 hours of purchase prior to delivery day. Orders cannot be canceled after have been loaded on the delivery truck or delivered and signed for. Texas furniture Hut does not offer cash back, however customers will receive in store credit on canceled orders. Special orders and Clearance Items cannot be cancelled. Special Orders

Texas furniture provides wide selection for special orders. Our customers can enjoy choosing from a wide selection of fabrics for their living room upholstery furniture. Customers have option to order different bedrooms, dining room, and much more from any manufacture that we trade with. However Special orders are not subject to cancellation. Damaged Merchandise

At Texas furniture hut we take great pride on the quality and standards of our furniture. We carefully inspect each product prior to delivery. We do recommend that customers inspect their furniture upon delivery or pick up. In case of any damages please notify the store the same day you receive your furniture.


Delivery Policy

We provide fast and reliable delivery services. Our highly skilled delivery crew provides excellent white glove service. At Texas Furniture Hut we designate a specific day for delivery. The day before delivery, our delivery department will contact the customer with a specific two-hour delivery timeframe. If the customer misses their confirmed delivery date and time they are responsible for additional delivery charges. Our delivery crew cannot move, haul, or rearrange old furniture, and is not responsible for measuring doorways and stairs for furniture drop off. Texas Furniture Hut is not responsible for merchandise that is too large for entryways.

Customers can pick up their merchandise from our warehouse. Furniture can be picked up from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. at our central warehouse located at 9510 Clay Road, Houston, TX 77080. If the customer does not schedule a pickup time at the time of purchase, our customer service department will contact them with an estimated pick up date. Pick ups can be scheduled Monday-Saturday. We offer a complimentary assembling service and our warehouse crew helps customers inspect furniture to make sure it is in good condition before loading furniture.Texas Furniture Hut is not responsible for risks and damages associated with customer transportation from the warehouse.
